1. Purpose

These terms set the conditions and procedures for using the consultation and services related to AI marketing, AI development and blockchain integration and management (the "Services") provided by BLOCKKEY (the "Company").

2. Consultation requests

Requests received through the consultation form are reviewed by the Company and answered.
The consultation stage is free; actual projects proceed under a separate contract.
Depending on the request, a reply may take one to two business days.

3. Formation of a contract

Scope, schedule, fees and deliverables are fixed in a written (including electronic) contract after mutual agreement.
Where the contract differs from these terms, the contract prevails.

4. Your obligations

Provide accurate information when you request a consultation, and do not use anyone else's information.
Provide the materials and decisions the work needs on time so the schedule isn't delayed.

5. Deliverables and intellectual property

Ownership and permitted use of project deliverables follow the contract.
Technology, libraries and methods the Company already owns remain the Company's regardless of the contract.

6. Changes and interruptions

Consultation procedures or service content may change for operational reasons; we will give notice in advance.
Service may be temporarily interrupted by force majeure such as natural disasters or system failures.

7. Limitation of liability

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information or materials you provide.
Advice given at the consultation stage is reference material; responsibility for applying it is set within the scope of the contract.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes are resolved by mutual consultation; failing that, by the competent court.
