- To reply to and carry out your consultation request
- To provide materials you asked for, such as proposals and quotes
- To analyze types of inquiries to improve our service (in a form that does not identify individuals)
3. How long we keep it
- We keep it for one year after the consultation ends and then delete it without delay.
- If you ask us to delete it, we delete it immediately.
- Where the law requires retention, we keep it separately for that period.
4. Sharing with third parties
- As a rule, we do not provide your personal information to outside parties.
- We share the minimum necessary only when the law requires it or you have agreed in advance.
5. Processors
- Consultation requests are delivered and stored through email, form or messaging services, which access them only to the extent needed to perform that task.
6. Your rights
- You may ask at any time to view, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information.
- Send requests through the consultation form on this site. We act on them without delay after confirming your identity.
7. How we delete it
- Personal information is deleted as soon as the retention period ends or its purpose is achieved.
- Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and paper documents are shredded.
8. How we protect it
- Only staff with administrator rights can view inquiry information.
- We collect only the minimum needed and do not use it for any other purpose.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will announce it on this page before the change takes effect.
